Rhino Ladders provide a delivery service to most mainland UK postcodes for most of our products excluding the following locations.  Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to the following regions:

• Scotland Highlands & Islands
• Republic of Ireland
• Northern Ireland
• Offshore Locations (e.g., Isle of Wight etc.)
• Countries and regions outside of the UK

Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.  All deliveries are made on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding UK public holidays.  Weekend deliveries are not possible. All delivery estimates refer to business days only.

Orders are processed on business days only.  We are unable to process orders on weekends, UK public holidays or during our annual Christmas shutdown period.

Please note all stated delivery times and dates are estimates. We will endeavour to meet the stated delivery estimates but shall not be responsible for any failure to deliver ordered products within these stated time frames.

Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.  Delivery addresses must be physical addresses (i.e., not a PO box or equivalent).

All deliveries must be received and signed for by a person over the age of 18. If no-one is available to take the delivery, we will leave details at the address to rearrange delivery.  Please note: an additional charge may apply if redelivery is required.  If no-one is available to accept the redelivery, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your money, excluding any delivery charges.

In special circumstances only, customers can request that the item be left in a designated location and unsigned. For this exception to be made, Rhino Ladders must receive written authority from the Buyer and the item will be left at the Buyer’s risk.

Please note that every effort is made by us and our carrier to deliver your order within the specified time. However, the very nature of the product dictates that we cannot always guarantee the delivery date. In the unlikely event we cannot deliver your order within the specified time, we will endeavour to contact you to advise you of the situation and discuss how you would prefer us to proceed.
